Novell IPX -- the IPX protocol is no longer covered on the CCNA exam

Although Novell has had its share of bad press and dire predictions lately, the NetWare network operating system is still widely used, and an understanding of how Novell networks communicate and how Cisco routers play a role in this communication is still important for CCNA candidates. This paper discusses the fundamental components of NetWare communications and explains how to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot a Cisco router that connects Novell networks.
