Rick is a nationally recognized expert on Windows operating systems. He has over 20 years experience supporting end users and networks on Microsoft® platforms. He has his own computer networking business where he specializes in small business networking needs. Specializing in Microsoft solutions, he has over nine years of experience with Windows NT and over four years experience in Windows 2000 Active Directory domains. He also has 15 years experience working with relational databases and 8 years experience with Microsoft® SQL Server.

Rick takes his 'real world' experience into the classroom where he has trained thousands of students over the last 15 years. He has demonstrated his instructing skills enough to obtain both the CompTia Certified Technical Trainer Plus and Microsoft Certified Trainer certifications. He has demonstrated his technical skills by obtaining Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (NT 3.51, NT 4.0, and Windows 2000), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator and Microsoft Certified Professional Internet Specialist, as well as CompTia certifications in A+, Network+, iNet+ and Security+.
