Donna has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T; State University and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Steven's Institute of Technology plus fifteen years experience as a computer network engineer including eight years operating her own consulting company. She began teaching at the college level in 1998. She currently holds the Certified Technical Trainer plus (CTT+), Brainbench Certified Internet Professional (BCIP), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet, (MCP+I), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications in Windows NT 4, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in Windows 2000. She is currently upgrading to the MCSA and MCSE + Security in 2000/2003 as well as working on earning her FCPA® Field Certifications in Windows 2000 Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA/FCSA). She currently lives in Manchester, New Jersey and has two grown children. Donna is a Licensed Training Partner for the "boot-camp" programs for New Jersey.
