Leigh Anne Chisholm has developed a strong background in internetworking as an independent technical consultant specializing in internetworking for Cisco environments. She has worked or consulted for a variety of governmental, legal, educational, and commercial organizations which have included Western Economic Diversification (Government of Canada), the law firm of Miller Thomson L.L.P., Legal Aid Society of Alberta, and the University of Alberta.

In addition to her skills as a consultant, Leigh Anne brings her experience as an educator to CertificationZone.com. She has taught networking at the post-secondary level for the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and has co-authored the 1995 release of the New Riders' Publishing, "MCSE Study Guide: Windows 95 and Networking Essentials". She also developed the content at Sybex's CCNA Virtual Test Center.

Leigh Anne holds a Bachelor of Applied Information Systems Technology (Honors), and has completed her CNE, MCSE, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, and CCDP certifications.

Michael Sweeney has over twenty years experience as a Network Engineer. He started his networking career using Netware ELS and has become proficient using Solaris, Win2K, and Linux. He holds current certifications as a CCDA, CCNA, MCP, MCSE and is working towards the completion of his CCNP. He successfully completed the Communications and Networking Engineering program though the University of California, Irvine. During his business career, Michael has worked in Aerospace, Healthcare, Accounting and is now in the Financial industry. When time allows, he enjoys mountain biking the local trails or repairing and restoring antique radios.
