How to Implement Wireless Networks

This Study Guide looks at the common tasks a CCNA-level person would be expected to do as part of a wireless network installation. These tasks include the site survey, deployment planning, installation, and management of the wireless equipment.

The focus of the how-to Tutorial is on a typical wireless extension to a wired local area network in an office building. Then, the differences that occur when this type of network is deployed in a warehouse are covered. Finally, the changes required when the network connection is outside are illustrated by a point-to-point campus area network link.
